数字化转型时代，IT业务运营关键得有一套统一的方法。经过5年多的努力，IT4IT由The Open Group于2015年10月发布， 获得了Shell, HP, IBM, Microsoft, Accenture, Pwc, ExxonMobil等五百强公司的支持。IT4IT标准不是一个流程驱动模型，而是信息驱动模型，以IT价值链（IT Value Chain）运营模型为基础，并由要素模型参考架构作为支撑，对IT业务（Business of IT)进行管理。IT4IT支持TOGAF,COBIT,ITIL，让IT管理工作以多快好省的方式贯穿完整的价值链；IT4IT支持敏捷Agile、精益Lean、看板Kanban、DevOps等，有助于云计算、大数据等的应用实施。IT4IT与ITIL服务管理高度融合，IT4IT以IT价值链为主干，对于每一个IT流程的价值流进行持续优化，并且支持创新，因而IT的业务价值得及IT领导力可以得到更加充分的展现。
上海信息化培训中心中国首家IT4IT官方授权培训机构，提供IT4IT培训课程基于最新的IT4IT 2.1 国际标准，涵盖IT4IT核心概念、参考架构和4大关键价值流，帮助CIO、架构师等更好的回答和解决在从IT运维转变为IT业务运营过程中所所遇到的关键挑战。上海信息化培训中心SITC从1998年开始组织IT管理国际认证培训，积累了非常丰富的高端认证培训经验。
根据The Open Group规定，参加IT4IT培训必须报名IT4IT考试，参加IT4IT考试之前应先参加认证培训。IT4IT考试券将在培训结束时提供，应在考试券有效期内，到考试中心参加机考。 通过IT4IT考试，可获得国际证书。

IT4IT Foundation国际认证考试,1小时40道单选题，闭卷，答对65%（即26分）通过，获得IT4IT Foundation国际证书。
重考规定：万一考试没通过，一个月之后才能补考。
